Spine 1.39 integrates the ModChecker, allow updates of the additional packages via the client and to compare savegames!
Spine 1.39 is now available. The update fixes a small bug that caused invalid patch combinations existing after installing the mod or applying other patches without a proper way to solve this issue manually.
Besides that Spine also got a few additions. The ModChecker I talked about last month is now integrated into the update workflow in Spine. That means, each mod/vdf file that gets uploaded in Spine will automatically be optimized for size by removing all files that aren’t supposed to be in there. I will probably also got through some already uploaded mods at some point to reduce their sizes, but it’s no big priority.
Then it’s now also possible to compare savegames in the Savegame Editor. To do so, load a savegame, then click load again and select the Compare option. Then you will see the values of both saves (left first save, right second save).
And last but not least developers now can finally also upload new files for their additional packages (like dubbing being an optional download). I still need to create them, but uploading is now part of the management dialog as the base projects are.
I also re-integrated the translator tool, but encountered a small bug there that causes it to not be functional at the moment. As it’s an issue in the client I will need to provide an update for it and will do so in the next days. Just need to get some other stuff done first.
If you encounter any problems, please let us know so we can have a look at it. Also try to provide as much information as possible like your last steps and log files.
